Information you choose to share

When you email Startup Success Lab or book a conversation, you may provide your name, email address, company, and information about the work you would like to discuss. We use that information to respond, arrange the conversation, and discuss or deliver agreed services.

This website

This website does not use an on-site contact form, advertising trackers, or analytics cookies. The LIFT Scorecard works in your browser: its inputs are not submitted to Startup Success Lab and are not saved to browser storage. Reloading the page clears them.

Your light or dark theme choice is saved in this browser only. Choosing System clears that preference.

The website hosting provider may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site.

Website measurement

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website traffic and page performance without analytics cookies. Separately, our site counts clicks on contact, booking, email, and Retail Reason links using Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine. Neither measurement loads when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.

Our click records contain fixed labels for the type of link, page group, and placement. They do not contain your name, email address, IP address, full URL, search terms, or a visitor identifier. This click counter also checks those signals when receiving a request. Click records are retained for up to three months; we may keep aggregate totals for longer. A click does not tell us whether you sent an email or completed a booking.

Links to Retail Reason include fixed campaign labels identifying Startup Success Lab as the source. These labels are the same for everyone using that link and do not identify you.

Client and project data

We handle your data securely and use it only for agreed project purposes. We do not resell client data. Project access and any third-party tools are specified and agreed for the engagement.

• Use of secure transfer and storage for shared assets.
• Access limited to project team members.
• Data retention only for the duration needed to deliver outcomes.

If tools or platforms are used for an engagement, they will be specified and agreed. Your credentials remain your property.

Links to other services

Booking links open Google Calendar. Links to Retail Reason and LinkedIn take you to those services. Each service has its own privacy practices and terms. This website does not embed those services. Example reports and Excel workbooks can be opened or downloaded from this site; we do not receive your edits or a copy of a workbook simply because you use it.

Contact hello@startupsuccesslab.com with questions about information you have shared, or to request a correction or deletion. Any project-specific data handling requirements should be included in your engagement agreement.
